In the 1990s, founder and maestro tequilero Jose Pepe Hermosillo decided to follow in the footsteps of his family and create a unique tequila of the highest quality. He produced his first bottles in 1997 from the historic Casa Noble estate. Casa Noble can trace its roots back to seven generations of tequila-making.
