Not a Daisy
45ml Penn Gin
30ml fresh Lime
15ml ‘O’ Orange Liqueur
1 tsp leatherwood honey
5cm strip green capsicum crushed

Add all ingredients to shaker and muddle, shake and double strain into a sherry glass garnish with green capsicum
