A single cask, single grain release from the North Bristish distillery in the Lowlands, by independent bottler Adelphi. Distilled in 1987, matured for 36 years in a refill bourbon barrel and bottled in 2023. Only 208 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 47.5%.

Nose: Cream soda, sponge fingers, coconut macaron, macadamia nuts, creamy treacle, biscotti, Frangelico.

Palate: Pineapple upside down cake, vanilla ice cream, lemon zest, limoncello, lavender, Cadbury flake.

Finish: Light, bright, pleasant.
