DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glen Garioch distillery in the Highlands, bottled by Adelphi independent bottler. Distilled in 2011, matured for 13 years in a first-fill bourbon barrel, and bottled in 2025. Only 231 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 57%.

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Juicy red apple, strawberry picking, summer rain, Jammy Dodgers, shortbread, very red cranberry and black pepper.

Palate: Cloves, strawberries and cream, earthy, kilny, smoked barley, tropical fruit, orange segment, sandalwood, minerals, fennel seed, carraway and rye bread.

Finish: Well balanced, robust, medium finish.
