Los Vecinos del Campo is a mezcal brand from Oaxaca, Mexico. It is a collaboration between the Sazerac Company and Casa San Matas, an old tequila distillery. Led by Carmen Villarreal, CEO of Casa San Matas, the mezcal is crafted by a group of 10 master mezcaleros in the Valles Centrales region. The brand prides itself on honoring traditional distilling practices and fostering a community of neighboring families involved in the production.
