The story of Upshot Wines starts at the end, with the outcome, or upshot. The wine is the result of growing season and the blending process which repeats every season. While this journey is similar year to year, it’s never exactly quite the same and can yield unexpected and fulfilling results. Every year and vintage is therefore precious and is both carefully considered and celebrated at every step from vine to wine.
