The rye used in Rendition is harvested in Indiana and the spirit is aged 5 years in the Midwest before making its way to our distillery in Washington state. We then finish the rye in our own barrels that previously aged our award winning Dark Door bourbon. This additional bourbon barrel treatment provides a richness to the spicy and savory notes of rye, resulting in a delightfully smooth and refined rye experience
