His recipes have been jealously guarded over time and today represent the soul of UNO Casa Hergueta tequila.

Tequila UNO Casa Hergueta was born from an ancient recipe and the 2022 meeting between Salvatore D’Agostino, president of the financial holding company H1 Holding SpA, Andrea Federici, owner of the Borromini terrace in Rome, and the master tequilero Daniel Tuesta.

Uno Aejo is a premium spirit, aged meticulously for 16 months in oak rum barrels, where it develops a rich golden hue and an exceptional depth of flavor and aroma.
On the palate, it unveils delicate notes of vanilla, chocolate, wood, and spices, beautifully balanced with the distinctive agave essence.
