Crafted from agave harvested exclusively at the Las Races estate in Los Altos, Jalisco, this limited-edition Tequila Ocho release is a pure expression of terroir and barrel strength. Its made using traditional methodsslow-cooked agave in brick ovens, wild yeast fermentation, double distillation, and natural aging in used American oak barrels for around 4 to 6 months. Bottled at full barrel proof (101), without dilution or chill filtration, it retains every ounce of intensity and complexity.
