Distilled in the Lowlands but with a very old style sweet smoke edge to this release from Ailsa bay.

Nose: Some earthy notes on the nose as this dram opens up to deliver a rich inviting complexity, some summer fruits and warm shortbread.

Palate: A little sweet peat, candied orange peel and a little dusting of all-spice more delicate citrus and orchard fruits mingle with a dash of pink pepper and shortbread.
