Suigei Brewery is known for producing several Junmai Daiginjo, each with a lot of character and a very high quality. This sake is actually a blend of several of their best brews to create an entirely unique Junmai Daiginjo, aromatic and crisp with lots of melon and tropical fruit notes – hence the name Harmony! Its equally suited to highlighting delicate sashimi dishes or else complimenting something hearty like hot pot.
