A drink for a new era of drinkers.

It looks like this is the dawning of the age of Non-Alc Spirits, the age where everybody sober or sober-curious can finally enjoy the great, inimitable taste of a Spirit. One of the official founders of the Era is Chris Wilfred Huges, an engineer from London who – lucky for us! – got fed up with sugar-loaded drinks that taste nothing like the real thing, and so, he set out on a quest to come up with the non-alc Spirit that would be worthy of a cocktail. He spent the next 18 months experimenting, sourcing every botanical from the darkest forests to the deepest seas, to – finally – fall in love with the homey taste of London. The rosemary from his mommas garden, the oranges from his pops homemade marmalade did the trick, and some good-old rhubarb did the trick.
