This elegant blend of Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier showcases the adaptability of these Rhne varieties to the Barossa Valley, producing a wine with bright fruit, floral notes, and a harmonious palate.
Meet the Vineyard
The grapes are sourced exclusively from Torbrecks Descendant Vineyard on Roennfeldt Road in the Barossa Valley. The regions warm climate and unique soils allow these non-traditional Rhne varieties to ripen perfectly, producing concentrated and expressive flavours.
Winemaking
The fruit is carefully harvested and vinified to preserve its aromatic intensity and varietal character. Fermentation is conducted under controlled conditions, allowing the natural floral and stonefruit characteristics of the Marsanne, Roussanne, and Viognier grapes to shine.
Tasting Notes
Pale golden in colour, Torbreck Steading Blanc displays aromas of white peach, stonefruit, and subtle floral hints. The palate is bright and elegant, with a medium body, fresh acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.
