Our first true love, the one that captured us, the reason we decided to embark on this journey. Its rare, wild, and scarce, but noble, with a smoothness rarely found in mezcal. Rich, smoky, and spicy on the nose, somewhat salty, and imbued with sweet, fruity, tropical notes. The palate is delicate and fruity with an attractive charred oily quality which gives it a lengthy finish. Rarer than rare.
