The Special Finishes Collection is an ever-growing exploration of finishes and perspectives on Yellowstone’s iconic bourbon profile. And to add to this collection, the company created Rum Cask. By finishing for nine weeks in rum cask barrels straight from Havana, Cuba, notes of spice and tropical sweetness are imparted on 4-year Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

PALATE
Toasted marshmallow, crme brle, toffee and toasted oak.

FINISH
Tobacco, clove and cocoa-seasoned oak with a long honey finish.
