Nose:Spices and fruits flow into the front of the nose, with hints ofraisin, fruits and vanilla with zesty rhubarb, some spiced strawberry and coated cereal bars.

Palate:Poached fruits, with some rich creamy vanilla, dark ripe prunes, creamy chocolate and whipped cream with a little demerara, crushed pink pepper corns, toasted fruit cake and peach.
