The Marcel Pierre Brut Champagne is a blend of all three major Champagne varieties from sites around Epernay. Pinot Noir takes the lead with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay making up the remainder. It’s traditionally produced and is aged on sur latte for approximately twenty two months. This is a bright and fresh style of Champagne with notes of citrus, ripe apple, and gentle toasted brioche. I suggest drinking it on days that end in ‘y’, as an aperitif, as well as with fresh seafood, fried chicken, or ripe creamy cheeses.
