Produced and distilled in the heart of Tequila, Mexico, by Fabrica de Tequilas, this reposado was made with blue agave that was cooked in autoclaves using steam for 10 hours. A special yeast is then added to the agave juices before fermentation, which lasts as long as 72 hours before distillation. Aged for a minimum of two months in French oak barrels to give it a light oakiness, Rooster Rojo reposado tequila is one of Mexicos finest tequilas, enjoyed alone or as a mixer. 100% agave.
