Their trick is having the Spirit enter the barrel at 113.6 Proof and let it get stronger as it matures in charred new American white oak barrels. Then, when the juice is opulent and smooth, they bottle it at cask strength – each batch comes with a different ABV. Each drop will excite your senses with notes of butterscotch, vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon.
