Deep garnet-purple-colou the 2013 Alte Reben Shiraz has a gorgeous nose of crushed black cherries and mulberries with underlying violets, chocolate box, and baking spice hints. The full-bodied palate has wonderful opulence and expression yet great finesse and harmony with silky tannins and a lively backbone finishing with great purity.
