WINEMAKER NOTES:

Tapiz Alta Cabernet Sauvignon is an intense ruby red color. Aromas and flavors of fresh red and black fruits, with notes of plum jam that provide complexity. The delicate notes of eucalyptus accompany the fruit. The oak provides notes of coffee beans, vanilla and chocolate. Friendly and with a long finish.

Blend: 95% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot

TASTING NOTES:

A juicy yet ripe cabernet sauvignon with a fine twist of white pepper to the strawberries, cherries and olives. This is more of a medium-bodied cabernet sauvignon with generous berry fruit and soft, silky tannins on the palate. Drink or hold.
