A refreshing flavoured craft gin using Akita cedar leaves from the Akita prefecture, as well as five other botanicals including juniper berry, coriander seed, angelica root, orange peel and lemon peel. This herbaceous and earthy gin features a unique forest bathing aroma as its trademark. The gin was developed as a partially-crowdfunded industry-academic-government project and has now won the highest gold award for Japanese gin at the Tokyo Whiskey & Spirits Competition (TWSC) 2021.
