Nose: Vanilla and caramel from the bourbon core, followed by dried apricot, honeycomb and orange zest from the Tokaji cask finish.

Palate: Rich toasted oak, dark chocolate and toffee meet lush stone-fruit notes (peach, apricot), marzipan and subtle rye spice.

Finish: Long, warming finish with lingering oak, honeyed fruit and gentle baking spice.
