A delicious chilli liqueur from Ancho Reyes, this time with green chillies. This variant of the traditional recipe from Puebla provides an earthy, fresher tone to it’s original ancho bottling. This vegetal flavour profile lends itself to being used in gin-based cocktails as well as tequila-based!

Nose: Earthy and fresh with hints of pepper and cinnamon.

Palate: vegetal green bell peppers, a hint of lime and some funky agave.

Finish: A gentle heat with grassy notes lingering.
