Ardbeg An Oa is a new bottling from this Islay distillery and will become part of their core range, the first new Ardbeg for some years. Made by marrying three styles of Ardbeg in a gathering cask; Pedro Ximenes, Virgin charred oak and ex-bourbon casks. The result is a complex whisky with differing contrasts, powerful smoky peat, spicy yet alluring with a silky sweetness.
