Filled on 19thOctober 2011, this rare single cask has been released exclusively for Ardbeggians in Australia. A ripper of a dram, Cask no. 3063 was created during a period of experimentation at the Distillery. In order to mastermind a malt with a new flavour profile, Dr. Bill filled casks at higher alcohol levels than normal. Suffice to say it worked and the result is an outturn for the outback with a unique herbal complexity, all the way from Ardbeg to Adelaide and beyond
