Aged in steel containers for 4-5 months “sur lies” followed by bottle aging for at least 2-3 months. Straw yellow color with evident greenish reflections, the nose offers very fine notes of citrus fruit reminiscent of orange blossom. Fresh, savory and mineral, it is excellent with shellfish appetizers, seafood and fried fish.
