What the heck is a “SiB+”?This term was coined by Barrel King to describe their unique process of blending and bottling. When you’ve found that almost ideal barrel, why use it in a blend when you can use just add a small amount of another barrel to fine-tune it to perfection?In this case, the Barrel King team thought this 11yr 36% rye Indiana Bourbon just needed a splash (1 gallon or less) of a 9yr bourbon to bring some brightness.
