Description:

Vermouth di Torino Superiore Rosso that comes from a fine base of Barbera dAsti DOCG and Cortese DOC. It shines with a splendid brown colour and expresses the typical olfactory notes of artemisia, elegantly accompanied by the balsamic hints of juniper, rhubarb and mint and the soft nuances of licorice and vanilla. In 2021, Vermouth Superiore di Torino won first prize in the IWSC international competition.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Wormwood (Artemisia): The defining botanical of vermouth, citrus peel: Often orange or lemon, adding brightnes, spices: such as cinnamon, clove or cardamom, Herbal undertones: Including mint or sage.

Palate: Smooth mouthfeel, with a lingering finish that showcases its herbal and citrus notes.

Finish: Long and persistent, leaving a pleasant aftertaste that reflects the complexity of its botanical infusion.
