Production

Grapes are hand-picked and vinified with careful attention to detail. A portion of Pinot Noir is fermented as red wine before blending, adding structure and tannic depth. The cuve undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle and is aged on lees for an extended period, developing texture, aromatic complexity, and finesse.

Tasting Notes

The wine shows a bronze, salmon-pink colour. The nose reveals aromas of red currant, cherry, and wild strawberry with subtle spicy notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied yet elegant, offering structure, length, depth, and vivacity, with a tannic finish and lingering wild berry flavours. Sweet red fruits are complemented by gentle woody and vanilla hints, resulting in a multifaceted and complex Champagne.
