Appearence

Nose

A first floral impression of white owers and tulips. Notes of lemon peel, lime, ripe citrus. A mix of fruity flavours apple, pear, pineapple, quince jelly subtly complemented by smoky notes, anise and a touch of lavender honey.

Palate

A creamy feel, tender and unctuous. A first impression of citrus and lime. Notes of juicy pineapple and crisp apple followed by smoky touches and sea salt. A finishing note of honey for a wine of endless charms.
