Expertise at work to recreate the perfect marriage between Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, aided by the men of Ca’ del Bosco. More than a color, a delicate transition between nuances of red and white that intertwine without ever becoming one or the other.

Introduced in 1976 with the name Ros Ca’ del Bosco, it was, along with Franciacorta Pinot, our first multivintage. In 2005 it became Cuve Prestige Ros, obtained with a brief maceration of the Pinot Nero grapes, followed by the assemblage with Chardonnay. After a constant reduction in the liqueur added at disgorging, in order to exalt the characteristics of the grapes, with the 2018 harvest it joined the Edizione family, allowing the gustatory memory to precisely identify the various nuances of each interpretation.

Elegant balance between the two grape varieties and a salmon pink color with a fine and persistent perlage.

Exceptionally rich on the nose, with floral depth of rose and peony, and fruity notes of pomegranate and strawberry.

On the palate, the fruity flavors return. The wine is fresh with a subtle and delicate effervescence.
