It is made in Oaxaca, Mexico according to the traditions of artisanal mezcal production using a Tahona stone mill pulled by a horse and double distilled in a copper still. Notes of herbal smoke, resin and clay. Pair with moles, spicy seafood, carnitas or habanero salsa and tortilla chips.
