Vareties 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay

Estate state-owned Pinot Noir (majority is Petit Pinot dAy) and Chardonnay grown in the Grand Cru village of y. Most of their Pinot holdings are comprised of massale selection Petite Pinot dAy: a small-yielding, tiny berried clone that is unique to this village.

Vinification 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. Composed mainly of the 2021 vintage, with 30% reserve wine. Fermentation (100% malo) in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts.
