Nose: Soft sweet honey and dark fruits, sweet pancakes with maple syrup and berries, some nuttiness, a touch of rollingtobacco.

Palate: A rich and smooth bold taste that really builds across the palate, hints of sweet orchard fruits, autumnalsweet notes, golden honey and toasted fruit cake, soft lemon cream and damsons, a touch of strawberry and spice with a little black pepper adding to the richness of the lingering palate.
