This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah, offers big flavors of cassis, black cherry, fig, cinnamon bark, and black pepper. Grapes were sustainably-farmed, the wine was partially fermented on oak, and the various component lots of wine were barrel-aged in combinations of new and neutral French and American oak for anywhere from 5 to 11 months.
