Architect of Aperitivo Flavor.
Hotel Starlino hits you with all its Italian stylishness at once. Without even reading the labels on the maximalist bottles made in vintage or better rustic style, one immediately knows somethings about to happen. Its (was) made at Torino Distillati by Denis Muni and Beppe Ronco, both seasoned experts at the gorgeous distillery, which also inspired the gorgeous decanters. They set out to innovate on the brands portfolio with aging and ingredients.
The Rosso Vermouth came to be after the makers discovered the tasty impact Kentucky Bourbon barrels aging has on the wine. What happens is a smooth hot, spicy aromamade from a variety of distilled botanicals, Marsala and Trebbiano Wine. It rests in the barrels for a month, is chill-filtered, and absolutely stunning inside out at 17 Alc. Dont even get us started on all the cocktail options.
