An exclusive single cask, cask strength release from an undisclosed distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Duncan Taylor in their Octave range. Distilled in 2010, matured for 10 years in oak casks before being finished for 5 months in a reconstructed ex-sherrywood octave (approximately60-litre cask) and bottled in 2021. Only 75 bottles were produced, each one individually numbered. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 52.9%. (Bottle size 750ml)
