Nabedana Inc. was established in 1689, next to Naritasan Shinsho-ji Temple. Since then, their traditions have been passed on to 19 generations for the last 330 years. From 1997, their sake production is managed entirely by their company employees, in order to reflect their hopes and wishes in their sake brands, Jinyu and Fudo. Sake connects people, and sake connects peoples hearts. The brewery’s mission is to make sake that would resonate in peoples hearts.
