Fallow Edition, Second Crop isa combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks which a create a beautifully rich, autumnal dram.

The Oloroso butts give rich notes of manuka honey and golden syrup, whilst the introduction of the PX casks provides warming layers of sweetly spiced ginger candy and ground coffee beans.
