An excellent Chardonnay from one of the best producers in Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay from 65+ year old vines, there’s so much going on here and you need to give it time to reveal all of it’s layers. Sweet citrus, honey suckle, apple strudel, hazelnut, limestone salt and so much more! It’s complex and structured, yet fresh, and with a persistence like few other wines from Macon.
