Montifaud is a French liqueur made from the Pineau des Charentes grape. The grape has a particular taste that is slightly sweet and slightly acidic. The liqueur is also sweet and slightly acidic, but with a unique, fruity taste. The color is a deep pink. The taste is smooth and delicate, but still with a bit of bite. It is perfect for sipping on its own or with some ice, or for making cocktails with it.
