Champagne Pierre Mignon is a prestigious family-owned Champagne house based in Le Breuil, in the renowned Marne Valley. With vineyards spanning the Marne Valley, Cte des Blancs, and pernay, Pierre Mignon produces premium Champagne celebrated for its fresh, vibrant character and meticulous craftsmanship. The estate combines modern facilities with traditional hand-harvesting techniques to ensure each bottle reflects the quality and character of its diverse terroirs.
The press and fermentation facilities, covering 2,500 m, are ultra-modern, air-conditioned, and thermo-regulated. Grapes are carefully blended, and the wines are aged for at least 36 months before release. The dosage is 8 g/L, contributing to a perfectly balanced and refined style.
A crisp, well-balanced Champagne with citrus hints on the nose, overlaid with brioche and subtle yeastiness. The palate is fresh, clean, and lively, featuring a creamy mousse and a long, elegant finish.
The 14-hectare vineyard spans the Marne Valley, Cte des Blancs, and pernay, benefiting from a diversity of terroirs that produce high-quality, characterful grapes. Plantings are predominantly Pinot Meunier (80%), with Chardonnay (10%) and Pinot Noir (10%). All grapes are hand-harvested to preserve their quality and expression.
Excellent with mushroom-based appetizers, sushi, or other light seafood dishes.
