Poli was founded in 1898 by GioBatta Poli, and for over a century the Poli family continues to create spirits emblematic of the hard work and tenacity that goes into each of their products. The Poli Distillery is located in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Veneto, the region most famous for the production of spirits distilled from marc. Po Di Poli Secca is a young, dry grappa made from Merlot grapes. It has aromas of must, freshly cut grass and hyacinth. The taste is warming, satisfying and vigorous, and should be enjoyed chilled.
