Winemaker Description

Our Grand Reserve cuve is a sparkling Blanc de Blanc traditional method consisting of 100% Chardonnay. The 2019 vintage base also includes 25% reserve wines from the 2017 and 2018 harvests, and blends various terroirs from the Sta. Rita Hills.

A pale, lemon colour with a delicate mousse. This wine exudes freshness and pure fruit on the nose, showing rich and creamy notes thanks to the minerality of Santa Rita Hills Chardonnay.
