Winemaker Description

Florian selected the Oisly vineyards close to the Cher River to ensure freshness and intense aromatics in this Loire Sauvignon Blanc. This grapes receive the same rigorous selection, vinification and maturation as the ones from Sancerre and Pouilly-Fum. The resulting wine is vibrant and fresh with white fruits, pear and apricot and finishes with trademark minerality and balanced acidity.

Reggie Solomon of The Wine Enthusiast writes 89 Points | A sun-kissed blend of green apple, field grass, white peach skin and bosc pear opens on the nose. Steely in texture, the chalky midpalate rides above a layer of acidity that resolves in lemon-zest on the finish. Open without guilt and pair with a multitude of meals that would flatter a fresh white wine.
