Eamon Rockey was the general manager and author of the beverage program at the Michelin-starred Betony Restaurant the only North American location of the famous Maison-Dellos line of super-premium gourmet restaurants. Now he is bringing his elevated vision of superior Spirits and cocktails to the rest of us.

Rockeys Liqueur is based on a four-hundred year-old pub favorite called “milk punch.” Eamon Rockey first tasted this historic beverage at a trendy bar on the Upper East side of Manhattan. He brought it to the Betony restaurant and developed his own vision of the Spirit to the world as a premium Liqueur.

Clarified milk is infused with apple, pineapple, green and black tea, and fresh citrus. The resulting Spirit is designed to be sipped on its own or combined with the Spirit of your choice for a whole new round of innovation in the craft cocktails. Think of it like a rich Lillet Blanc or less-sweet Saint Germain with a Wine-like ABV of 12%.
