Produced in San Juan del Rio Mexico, Se Busca, which means wanted in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican revolution who stood shoulder to shoulder with men in battle for a new constitution. Made from 100% agave augustifolia espadin using a traditional 200-year-old process that includes cooking the agave with indirect wood fire which generates heat for cooking but avoids the majority of smoke to pass through the agave chamber. Aged forat least 2 monthsin ex-sherry French oak casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose:Vanilla, coconut, oak, white flowers and mesquite.
Palate:Coconut, cooked agave, vanilla, sweet almonds and hazelnuts.
Finish:Full-bodied, sweet and rounded finish.
