Commercial Description:

This co-fermented cider is very refreshing, aromatic and has a unique mouthfeel. A co-ferment is a fermentation with two different types of fruit, and cider is a fermentation of Pomme fruits.

Tasting Notes: Light straw. Lively small bubbles. Bright and crisp. Notes of cantaloupe on the nose, with honeysuckle and pear.

Pairings: Cured meats, olives, Spanish conservas, fried seafood.
