It was founded in 2019 and now has headquarters in good ol Austin, Texas. Borne from the sheer frustration of having a highly-satisfying virgin Cocktail nowhere in sight, the hospitality professionals decided to make one on their own. It is crafted using a reverse distillation process, where it is distilled twice to eliminate alcohol content while keeping oils and tannins, giving the nod to the taste and feel of the original. It contains all the warm and fuzzy notes of a Kentucky whiskey, without the excruciating burn but with quintessential American Spirit.
